The facility is designed to meet the operational needs of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue life safety and Ocean Rescue support staff while adhering to sustainable construction standards and achieving LEED Silver Certification.
The construction scope includes site clearing, civil and structural work, utilities installation, interior build-out, exterior finishes, landscaping, and advanced building systems such as fire protection, emergency power, and security systems. All work aligns with the Miami-Dade PROS Master Plan Guidelines to ensure functionality, sustainability, and integration with the surrounding environment.
