PRE CONSTRUCTION

It involves a series of activities and planning processes that are designed to ensure that the project is well-planned and executed. Key steps:

The construction phase involves the actual construction of the project.

Some of the activities involves in this phase are:
✓Site preparation,
✓Foundation work,
✓Framing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems for the building;
✓Finishing work

Throughout the construction phase, the project manager will supervise the work to ensure that it is being completed according to the plans and specifications.
The construction team will also work closely with any subcontractor and suppliers to ensure that they meeting their obligations.

CONSTRUCTION

POST CONSTRUCTION

This is the period after the physical construction work has been completed. During the stage we carried out to close our project and ensure a smooth transition from construction to occupancy or operation.
